Notes help add details about a record and give insights on a record to a user when records are transferred.

From the landing page of a record,

To add notes from the landing page of a record,

  1. Select the Contact/Account/Deal to add a note to, from the list view page.

  2. On the landing page, Click Notes and type your note in the space provided.

  3. Click Save.

During a call

Add notes during a call for future reference. These notes are automatically saved to your call.
